This vintage Melody Maker has been very well kept! Original components are not only intact - they're working wonderfully! This single-pickup model has TONS of mojo and is incredibly fun to play. Nice and lightweight at only 6 lbs 4 oz and featuring a full 24.75" Gibson scale length, this guitar has nice, low action and is very tuning stable.
This Melody Maker is in Very Good condition. Minor checking on the body, treble side of neck has some impromptu fret markers dented into it (one of the previous owners was a lefty we expect), but these marks are not noticeable and do not affect playability. Frets are in great shape, truss rod, electronics, hardware are all in good working order. Pot codes date 30th week of 1965. Original semi-hard Gibson gator-skin case is in Fair condition, also includes aftermarket rectangular hard shell case for proper protection and transport.
