This Sigma DR-28 is in Very Good condition. Minor cosmetic wear throughout consistent with an instrument of this age - pick scratching present on pickguard and surrounding top, minor dings in top but no serious dents or damage through the finish. Frets show minor flattening near nut, but overall are in excellent shape for a guitar of this age. Good action, truss rod is working and there's plenty of saddle left at bridge for future adjustment / action lowering as needed. Back of body is cloudy underneath of finish (common issue with 70s guitars) - purely cosmetic and does not negatively affect the guitars playability. Included hardshell case is in excellent condition with healthy hinges and latches.
These old Sigma guitars are a great way to get a budget Martin-style guitar that are actually Martin-approved! This Japanese dreadnought is loud and plays easy with nice, low action. Very well kept despite the cloudy back - healthy neck joint, good truss rod, plenty of saddle - what more could you hope for with a vintage guitar?!
